The Heineken Kinsale Sevens is run under Kinsale Rugby Football Club (Kinsale RFC), Snugmore, Kinsale, Co Cork, Ireland.

Refund and Returns Policy
Any refunds will be made through the Kinsale Sevens Treasurer. Refunds will be made in the event of an error, not in the event of a team deciding to withdraw their application subsequent to confirmation of registration and payment.

Any data collected through this website will be handled with the utmost of care and responsibility. All information collected on this website is done so with the users permission and will be dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Acts, 1988 and 2003 and will not be passed on to any other third party under any circumstances.

Under the Data Protection Acts, 1988 and 2003 we are obliged to keep your information as up to date as is possible. If there is any information you would like us to update please feel free to contact us. More importantly if there is any information that you would like deleted from our record please do not hesitate to contact us.

Products & Prices

The item you will be purchasing via this website is registration to participate in the Heineken Kinsale Sevens event on between May 5th and May 6th 2018. The cost of this registration is €400 which provides:

  • Competition Entry for the Event

  • Weekend Pass for Players 12 Players and one Manager

  • Packed Lunch on Sat / Sun for players

All payment will be proceed in Euro.


Please Note

  • All members participating on your team must be at least 18 years of age and paid up members of a rugby club

  • The fee for registration is €400 per team which allows a squad of 12 people and one manager:

    • Competition Entry for the Event

    • Weekend Pass for Players

    • Packed Lunch on Sat / Sun for players

  • Application will not be complete until fees have been paid in full

  • If you decide to pay by credit card, we will not be storing any credit card details on our system, all will be processed in real time and not stored.



  • The accommodation will be available at 2pm Friday 4th May 2018 until 11.00am on Monday7th May 2018.

  • Each unit has 2 bunk beds and 4 mattresses.

  • Once a team is registered they will be issued with the appropriate wristbands for access to the enclosed area, and drink allowance band.

  • Once a player exhausts his or her allowance the wristband will be removed.

  • Allowance : 1 slab per person (Heineken Products only)

  • There are bars on-site open over the weekend so thirst should not be an issue.

  • The following are not permitted in the residential area:

    • Vehicles, fires, BBQs, and sounds systems of any sort.

  • The area will have 24hr security and toilets .

  • Showers are available on-site as part of the package.

  • Management does reserve the right to refuse an entry given appropriate reason
